From Pumpkin to Jack-O-Lantern

We carved our pumpkin into a scary jack-o-lantern! We each took a turn pulling the pulp and seeds out of our pumpkin. It was slimy, cold and gooey! Yuck! Mrs. Ricks carved a scary face into the pumpkin. Then she put a candle in and lit it. We turned off the lights. It was beautiful!
