This Week in Kindergarten

This week we will be studying about families. Some of our favorite stories are The Napping House, The Three Bears, The Relatives Came, The Little House, and The Doorbell Rang. We will be talking about different kinds of families, how family members help each other, how families grow, and where families live. We will be sending a home project for you to complete with your child. We would like each family to create a family tree. Use whatever materials you would like and be creative. Include your extended family. What a great opportunity to talk about important family members with your children. Have fun! Please send these to school by Friday, Nov. 6, and we will proudly display them in the hallway!
